Apps…I Mean Minis! – PSP Minis announced
At Gamescom, the rumored “App Store” for the PSP and PSPGo were announced. Adorned with the title “Minis”, PSN will have its one section for PSP games that are below 100MB and will cost a fraction of the price. Announced games for the Oct. 1st launch are Tetris, Fieldrunners, Hero of Sparta and MiniGore.
Brad’s Take: Definitely a step in the right direction for the PSP, but let’s hope they decide to put some of the “Legacy UMDs” into this price range with some cuts. Currently, Hot Shots Golf Open Tee 2 is about $25, even though you can get the game for $16.
My only problem: Why are you puting iPhone games that were released over a year ago onto the system?
