iPhone/iPod Touch Roundup – Ode to Joy Edition
Thought another round-up was in place, so here are the games I’ve been playing:
Peggle – I’ll keep it short and sweet: Peggle for iPod Touch/iPhone is exactly like Peggle on any other system…which is great. The added zoom functionality is a plus as well. For $5, it’s a must buy for any Peggle fan.
Crystal Defenders VANGUARD STORM – Crystal Defenders is a rather lackluster Tower Defense game on a platform filled with excellent tower defense games (Geo-Defense, FieldRunners). VANGUARD STORM turns the franchise around and makes it into a turn-based Stratego-RPG. Definitely pick up the LITE version just to see what the game is all about, but to strategy fans this may be a great pick-up on the iPhone.
Flight Control – This $.99 game is an addicting gem of a puzzle game. The game gets hectic quick, but placing planes on their prespective runways gets very addcting fast.
