ASCII Media Works poll reports that the 360 has the best customer satisfaction of any system in Japan. The 360 is also the system that games put the most amount of time into. On the bottom is the PS3 and Wii.

I guess if you sell the fewest systems there is a greater chance at having fewer failed systems.
